Friends There are new versions of above mentioned softwares available. Mostly it is about bug fixes, but SynthFont has got a few changes in the user interface as well. VSTSynthFont can now be set up to use 1, 3 or 16 stereo outputs. AND there's the first version of the Winamp (v5) plugin: in_aSyFon.
SynthFont was today downdated to version 1.114. See comments <a href="http://www.ts-central.com/tsbb/comments.php?DiscussionID=48&page=1#Item_4">in this thread</a>.

your latest work 1.2 does not read arrangement files correctly. So far I know that midi track layer functionality is not working since some versions. I don't think this is intended and hopefully easy to fix.
Hi Ad Got it - fixed it. Version 1.202 is close. Here's a <a href="http://www.saunalahti.fi/kru99/New/SynthFont1202B.exe">test version</a> for anyone to try. Just save the file in SynthFont's folder and run it. This is what I have fixed so far during these last few day (will it ever end...?): - The program caption would not always display the name of the current arrangement file - Track layers and audio tracks were not read back from the arrangement file - The toolbar above the tracks list was not activated after playing to a file - The SoundFont generators ModEnvToPitch and ModEnvToFilterFc did not always work as expected - You could not change the MIDI Out Port state for more then one track at a time - MIDI Out exception when stopping rendering engine - Playing a Preset sample in the Preset and File Open dialogs to the MIDI Out Port did not work - preset did not change - A few minor "anomalies" - A few other minor bugs reported by Eurekalog
Got another one: Do you remember strech tracks in edit tracks panel. Default value is 1.0 (dot), which does not work here with German Windows XP. Instead a comma 1,0 or even 1,7 works. Obviously an i18n issue.
Hey guys! I must say that synthfont is something i've been waiting for years!! I am currentlty using the newest versions of synthfont and it's vst brother, but i have a problem with the vst, when i use it in my vts host, and aplly a vst effect to one ore more of the 16 channels, and then try exporting it as a wave, i either miss the instrument channel with effects completely, or have big crack and hiss in the beggining of the song. . . Please help, because now that i've finished a few mixes, i wouldn't like to need to start everything over!! I was thinking, it might be related to my soundfont, but i'm not sure, if it is so, it's no big problem for me to use one of my other fonts... Please help, it is something i really do not know how to solve... = (
Hi Nicholas Sorry for taking time to react, but I have been - again - too busy with other things. What VST host do you use? I do NOT believe this has anything to do with your SoundFont as it sounds like a problem you only see when you export to wave in your host. If you can give some more information regarding your setup (like what other VST instruments and VST effects you use) I may be able to come up with the steps to take next.
I downloaded the latest version of Viena 0.65 and any soundfount that had LFO mods don't play with vibrato (only in Viena -- not thru Fluidsynth). Is it just me?
I haven't done much work with Viena lately, but I noticed there were other problems related to this issue (LFO mods). There is a new version, 0.700, available, but there still seems to be a problem. A variable not getting initialized correctly, maybe? Hmm
Hi Kenneth Just to let you know that in_aSyFon is working fine in KMplayer ( in all aspects superior to WMA and no "midi shut off " syndrom as often met with WMA ). Djim
