It appears as though v1.341 is not correctly remembering or reading the SFARRs for my MIDIs. I checked the actual SFARRs through notepad & they're all correct, with all their relevant soundfont info & location etc., but SF is just not reading that info it seems.. It always defaults everything to the default soundfont & never the actual soundfont(s) for each MIDI's track(s). Odd, as 1.341A behaved quite well for me :/
I was astonished to find that I had introduced this small flaw into the program at the last moment. I have pulled back version 1.341 and replaced it with 1.340. Version1.342 should be out soon. Hopefully.
My apologies for not having sent you a SFARR file - been kind of pre-occupied the last few days. I can still send one if required, although it looks like you've already found what the problem is.
Hi John You don't need to send one, I found the flaw myself. I have also been pretty occupied with other stuff during these last two weeks so it took sometime before I actually got around testing this myself. But now when Christmas and New Year's Eve is over and done I will start fresh with a clean table and get rid of all those bugs, once and for all! ;-)
